1. Acceptance

By using arkhaven.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The Site

The Site describes the Arkhaven platform and lets you contact us or request participation in the Design Partner Program. Content on the Site is provided for general information. Product capabilities, availability, and pricing may change before and after launch.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or related systems without written authorization; interfering with its operation; or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Arkhaven, Inc. and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content except for personal, non-commercial reference.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkhaven, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes & contact
