Who we are

Arkhaven, Inc. ("Arkhaven," "we," "us") is a Delaware corporation. This policy describes how we handle information collected through arkhaven.ai (the "Site"). A separate agreement governs data processed by the Arkhaven platform for customers.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you submit our contact or design-partner form, we receive what you enter: name, work email, role, company size, and any notes. We use it to respond to you and evaluate program fit. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Information collected automatically. Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations. If we use website analytics, we use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics; we do not run advertising trackers on this Site.

To respond to your inquiries and administer the Design Partner Program
To operate, secure, and improve the Site
To comply with legal obligations

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., cloud hosting on AWS and email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality obligations; or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & your choices

We keep form submissions as long as needed for the purpose you submitted them. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@arkhaven.ai.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and hosted on AWS infrastructure with access controls and logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply the same security discipline to this Site that we build into our product.

Children

The Site is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
